Location: Remote, Europe · Remote
Contract: Full time
Experience: 5+ years
Posted: June 17, 2026

What you will do

Design and build Kubernetes platforms with multi-tenancy, network policy and workload identity.
Create golden paths: templated pipelines and service scaffolds that ship with observability and security wired in.
Implement GitOps delivery with progressive rollout and automated rollback.
Embed policy as code so compliance is enforced in the pipeline rather than in a review meeting.
Run game days with client teams and turn the findings into platform improvements.

What we are looking for

Five or more years in infrastructure or platform engineering, including production Kubernetes ownership.
Strong Terraform and at least one general-purpose programming language.
Experience with Argo CD or Flux, and with progressive delivery patterns.
Practical observability skills across Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
A product mindset toward platforms: developers are customers, and adoption friction is your problem.

Also useful

Service mesh experience with Istio, Linkerd or Cilium.
OPA, Gatekeeper or Kyverno policy authoring.
Exposure to financial services or public sector compliance regimes.

What we offer

Certification and learning budget
An annual budget for certifications, conferences and courses, with study time protected in delivery planning rather than expected on weekends.
Flexible and hybrid working
Hybrid by default and fully remote for several roles. Client on-site presence is planned in advance, not sprung on you.
Comprehensive health cover
Private medical cover for you and your dependants across all delivery locations, including mental health support.
Humane on-call
Genuine follow-the-sun rotation with compensated call-outs, capped frequency and a hard rule that repeat incidents get fixed rather than absorbed.
Transparent progression
Published competency frameworks per discipline with twice-yearly review, and parallel tracks for technical and management progression.
