Overview
The cloud bill is the honest scorecard
Cloud migrations are judged by two numbers: how long the programme took and what the monthly invoice looks like a year later. A migration that finishes on time and doubles run cost has failed, whatever the slide deck says.
We start with a workload-level business case — not a datacentre-level one — and sequence moves by payback. Some workloads are rehosted in weeks. Some are replatformed onto managed services. Some are rewritten. A few should stay exactly where they are.
Every landing zone we build ships with cost allocation, guardrails and policy-as-code from day one, because retrofitting governance onto a live cloud estate is significantly harder than starting with it.
- Lower infrastructure run cost
- Environment provisioning time
- Workloads migrated
- Achieved platform availability
