Accessibility Statement

Conformance status

This site is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We believe it substantially conforms, meaning it meets the standard except for the known issues listed below, which we are working through.

What we have done

• Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator that meets the 3:1 contrast requirement.
• Text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background in both the light and dark themes; large text and interface components meet 3:1.
• Headings follow a single logical hierarchy per page, and landmarks let a screen reader user jump straight to navigation, main content or the footer.
• Images carry alt text that describes the photograph; imagery that adds no information is marked decorative so screen readers skip it.
• Motion respects the operating system “reduce motion” setting: parallax, the animated globe and scroll-linked effects are disabled or reduced to a fade.
• Forms label every field, describe the expected format, and announce validation errors to assistive technology rather than relying on colour alone.
• The site is fully usable at 400% browser zoom and at a 320 CSS pixel viewport width without horizontal scrolling.
• Arabic is rendered right-to-left with mirrored layout and iconography, not as a translated left-to-right page.

How we test

Automated axe-core checks run against every page on each release and block the build on a violation. Automated tooling catches perhaps a third of real barriers, so we also test manually with keyboard-only navigation, with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and at high zoom levels.

Known limitations

• The animated globe on the home page is decorative and hidden from assistive technology. The information it depicts — our delivery locations — is also published as text on the contact page.
• Third-party embeds such as the office map and the meeting scheduler are outside our control and may not meet Level AA. Each has a text alternative alongside it.
• Some downloadable PDFs published before 2026 are not fully tagged. We are remediating them and will supply an accessible version on request in the meantime.

Technical specification

Accessibility relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript, and on the combination of a current browser and any assistive technology installed on your device. Where JavaScript is unavailable, page content and navigation still render.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site blocks you, we want to know. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you were using. We acknowledge reports within two business days and aim to fix confirmed Level AA barriers within 30 days, or to offer an alternative way to get the same information while we do.
