Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Hybrid
Contract: Full time
Experience: 7+ years
Posted: June 5, 2026

What you will do

Lead interface discovery and produce domain-aligned API catalogues clients can actually navigate.
Design event-driven architectures with schema governance, replay and clear delivery semantics.
Set contract-first standards and embed automated linting and contract testing in delivery pipelines.
Design safe exposure patterns for mainframe and packaged systems.
Establish federated governance that client teams can run without external oversight.

What we are looking for

Seven or more years in enterprise integration architecture.
Production experience with API gateways such as Kong, Apigee or Azure API Management.
Strong Kafka background including schema registry and compatibility strategy.
Experience migrating away from a legacy ESB — Oracle SOA Suite, TIBCO, IBM ACE or similar.
Fluency in OpenAPI and AsyncAPI, and the discipline to keep specifications authoritative.

Also useful

Open Banking, FAPI or ISO 20022 implementation experience.
CAMARA or TM Forum API exposure.
Domain-driven design practice.

What we offer

Certification and learning budget
An annual budget for certifications, conferences and courses, with study time protected in delivery planning rather than expected on weekends.
Flexible and hybrid working
Hybrid by default and fully remote for several roles. Client on-site presence is planned in advance, not sprung on you.
Comprehensive health cover
Private medical cover for you and your dependants across all delivery locations, including mental health support.
Humane on-call
Genuine follow-the-sun rotation with compensated call-outs, capped frequency and a hard rule that repeat incidents get fixed rather than absorbed.
Transparent progression
Published competency frameworks per discipline with twice-yearly review, and parallel tracks for technical and management progression.
