We built an API marketplace on CAMARA-aligned specifications, exposing network capability as productised APIs with published contracts, sandbox environments and self-service onboarding.
Behind the gateway, an event backbone and domain API layer replaced the point-to-point sprawl. Three hundred and ten legacy interfaces were retired as a funded part of each migration wave rather than being left to decay.
Commercial mechanics were built into the platform: tiered quotas, usage metering, automated invoicing integration and per-partner rate limiting, so a new commercial model did not require an engineering change.
A developer portal with working code samples, an interactive sandbox and transparent pricing let partners evaluate and integrate without a sales conversation.
